This policy describes the information that we process to support Zoob Labs, GreetsApp, and other products and functions offered by Zoob Labs, Inc. ( Zoob Labs products or products). 

Introduction

GreetsApp is a digital platform to create, send, share, distribute and receive custom digital greeting cards and stationery (collectively “invitations” or “Cards" and "Flyers") and provide tools and services to help people to connect to each other more easily and meaningfully in real life and virtually (collectively "Services"). Our products and Services provide the sender with online tools to design, and distribute greeting cards, and provide receivers with the ability to communicate their response ("Sender" or "Receiver").  All Sender, Receivers and browsers who access or interact with the Site are considered users of the Services ("Users"). 

The services are provided to you by Zoob Labs, Inc., a U.S. company and its subsidiary (“Zoob Labs”, “GreetsApp”, “we”, “us”, “ours”), and available (i) at our website www.greetsapp.com (including mobile site and GreetsApp Blog) (“Website”), and (ii) on our mobile applications (“Apps”) available to download on mobile and tablet devices (collectively “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to all Users and explains what personal data (as defined below) we collect through the Services, how we use and share that data, and your choices concerning our data practices. This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms of Service, which are available here.

By providing us with your personal data when accessing and using the Services, you agree to the practices relating to your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Services.

I. What types of information do we collect?

In order to provide Zoob Labs products, we need to process information about you. The types of information we collect depend on how you use our products. You can find out how you can access or delete information we have collected by visiting here.

Things done and provided by you and others.

• Information and content you provide. We collect the content, communications and other information that you provide when you use our products; This includes registering for an account, creating or sharing content, and exchanging messages or communicating with others. This may include information about or contained in the content you provide (such as metadata), such as: For example, the location of a photo or the date a file was created. • Networks and Connections. We collect information about the people, pages , accounts, hashtags and groups you are connected to and how you interact with them in our products; These are, for example, people with whom you communicate the most or groups that you belong to. We also collect contact information when you upload, sync or import it from a device (such as an address book or call log or an SMS log history). We use these, for example, to help you and others find people you may know and for the other purposes listed below .
• Your usage. We collect information about how you use our products, for example about the types of content you view or interact with, the functions you use, the actions you take, the people or accounts with whom you interact and the time, frequency and duration of your activities. For example, we log when you are currently using our products or when you last used them, and which posts, videos and other content you view in our products. We also collect information about how you use features like our camera.
• Information about transactions carried out on our products. When you use our products for purchases or other financial transactions (for example, when you make a purchase for templates or donate something ), we collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information, other account and authentication information, as well as billing, shipping and contact details.
• Activities of others and information they provide about you. We also receive and analyze content, communications and information that other people provide when they use our products. This can also be information about you, for example when others share or comment on a photo of you, send you a message or upload, synchronize or import your contact information.

Device information

As described below, we collect information from and about the computer (s), phones, connected TVs and other Internet-connected devices that you use that have an integration with our products. We then combine this information across the various devices you use. For example, we use information we have collected about your use of our products on your phone to better personalize the content (including advertisements ) or features that you see when you use our products on another device, such as: On your laptop or tablet, or to measure whether you took an action on another device in response to an advertisement we showed you on your phone.

The information we receive from these devices includes:

• Device attributes: Information such as the operating system, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available storage space, browser type, app and file names and types as well as plugins.
• Processes on the device: Information about the processes and activities performed on the device, for example whether a window is in the foreground or in the background, or mouse movements (this can help distinguish humans from robots).
• Identifiers: Unique identifiers, device IDs and other identifiers, such as those of games, apps or accounts that you use, and family device IDs (or other identifiers that are unique to the Zoob Labs company products linked to the same device or account ).
• Device signals : Bluetooth signals and information about WLAN access points, beacons and radio cell towers in the vicinity.
• Data from the device settings: Information that you allow us to receive through the device settings you have activated, such as access to your GPS location, your camera or photos.
• Network and Connections: Information such as the name of your cellular or internet service provider, language, time zone, cell phone number, IP address or connection speed and, in some cases, information about other devices nearby or on your network so that we can help you for example , stream a video from your phone to your TV .

II. How do we use this information?

We use the information available to us (subject of your selection made) as described below, and to the Zoob Labs products and related services, as in the GreetsApp Terms described to provide and to support. This is done as follows:

Providing, personalizing and improving our products.

We use the information available to us to provide our products, i.e. also to personalize functions and content (including your public, friends feed, your GreetsApp cards) and to make suggestions on and outside of our products (such as groups or events you may be interested in or topics you may want to subscribe to). We use your connections, preferences, interests and activities to create personalized products that are individual and relevant to you. Information across different Zoob Labs products and devices: We combine information about your activities on different Zoob Labs products and devices in order to provide you with a more individual and consistent experience in all Zoob Labs products you use, regardless of where you use them. For example, we can suggest that you join a group on Zoob Labs that includes people you follow on GreetsApp or with whom you communicate on Messenger. We can also make your experience more seamless, for example by automatically entering your registration information (such as your phone number) from one Zoob Labs product when you register for an account on another product.

• Location-based information: We use location-based information - such as your current location, your place of residence, the places you like to visit, and the companies and people close to you - to provide you and others with our products, including advertisements , and to improve them. Location-related information can be based on things such as the exact device location (if you have given us permission to collect it), IP addresses and information from the use of Zoob Labs products by you and others (such as places visited or events in which you have participated).
• Product research and development: We use the information available to us to develop, test and improve our products, among other things by conducting surveys and studies as well as tests and troubleshooting for new products and functions.
• Ads and Other Sponsored Content: We use the information we have about you - including information about your interests, actions, and connections - to select and personalize the advertisements, offers, and other sponsored content that we show you. Provision of measurements, analyzes and other business services.

Your information will be shared with others in the following ways:

Share on Zoob Labs products

People and accounts with whom you share or communicate content

When you share and communicate content using our products, you choose the audience for the content that you share . For example, when you post something on Zoob Labs, you choose the audience for the post: e.g. B. a group, all your friends, public or a user-defined list of people. Likewise, if you use GreetsApp to communicate with people or companies, these people and companies can see the content you send. In addition, your network can see the actions that you have taken on our products, including interactions with advertisements and sponsored content. We also show other accounts who viewed their GreetsApp cards.

Public information can be seen by anyone on or outside of our products, even if he / she does not have an account. Content that others (re) share about you

People can also use our products to create content about you and share it with the audience they choose. If you receive a Text invitation through GreetsApp, you warrant that prior to receipt you gave Sender express permission or consent to receive the card or message at that telephone number. At any time you can withdraw consent, by replying “STOP” and we will send you a text to confirm you have unsubscribed. Going forward GreetsApp will stop any Text messages from being sent through our Services. Or you can email us at support@greetsapp.com for further information.

You may receive real-time email, or push notifications of certain actions Senders have taken. You may go to GreetsApp Settings and determine what, if any, real-time email, or push notifications you want to receive.

Share with external partners

We work with third party partners who help us provide and improve our products. This enables us to run our businesses and provide free services to people around the world. We do not and never will sell any of your information to anyone. We also set strict rules for how our partners can use and disclose the data we provide. These are the types of third parties we share information with:

Partners who use our analysis services.

We provide aggregated statistics and insights to help people and businesses understand how people on and outside of Zoob Labs products interact with their posts, classifieds, pages, videos and other content. Site administrators and GreetsApp business profiles receive e.g. For example, information about the number of people or accounts who viewed, responded to, or commented on your posts, as well as summarized demographic and other information that will help you learn about interactions with your page or account.

Advertisers.

V. What is our legal basis for processing data?

VII. Data storage, deactivation and deletion of accounts

We store data until it is no longer needed to provide our services and Zoob Labs products, or until your account is deleted, whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination and depends on things like the type of data, why it is being collected and processed, and the relevant legal or operational storage needs. For example, if you're looking for something on GreetsApp, you can always access that request from your search history and delete it; however, the log of this search is only deleted after 6 months. If you submit a copy of your government-issued ID for account verification, we will delete that copy 30 days after the verification, unless otherwise stated. 

If you delete your account, we will delete things you have posted, such as your photos and status updates, and you will not be able to recover that information afterwards. Information that others have shared about you does not belong to your account and will not be deleted. To delete your account, please go to the GreetsApp settings.

VIII. How do we react to legal inquiries and how do we prevent damage?

We access, hold, and share your information with regulatory, law enforcement, or other authorities:

• In response to a legal request when we have a good faith belief that we are legally required to do so. We may also respond to legal inquiries if we have a good faith belief that the response is required by the law of the jurisdiction concerned, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards.
• When we have a good faith belief that it is necessary to: detect, prevent and prosecute fraud, unauthorized use of the Products, violations of our Terms of Use and Policies, and other harmful or illegal activities; to protect us (including our rights, property or products), yourself or others, including in the context of investigations or requests for information from regulatory authorities; or to prevent death or impending bodily harm. For example, we will, where relevant, provide and receive information about the trustworthiness of your account from third party partners in order to prevent fraud, abuse and other harmful activities on and outside of our products.

Information that we receive about you (including data on financial transactions in connection with purchases made through GreetsApp) can be accessed or retained for a longer period if it is the subject of a request or obligation of a legal nature, regulatory investigation or Investigations into possible violations of our terms of use or guidelines, or in order to prevent damage in any other way. We also store information about accounts that have been deactivated due to violations of the Terms of Use for at least one year in order to prevent repeated abuse or other violations of the Terms of Use.

IX. How do we process and transmit data as part of our global services?

We share information worldwide, both internally between the Zoob Labs companies and externally with our partners, as well as with those you connect with and share with around the world, in accordance with this policy. Your information controlled by Zoob Labs will be transferred or transmitted to the USA or other third countries or stored and processed there for the purposes described in this policy. These data transfers are necessary to provide the services set out in the GreetsApp Terms of Use and to operate globally and provide you with our products. We use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission And for data transfers from the EEA to the USA and other countries, we may rely on the adequacy decisions made by the European Commission with regard to certain countries.
